Delivery

All orders placed before 3pm will be processed and dispatched that day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Any orders that are placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday. Engraved items can be dispatched on the same day but photo and image items will require an extra 24hrs for production.

We’re so confident you’ll be delighted with your order we offer free returns on all UK orders

In the unlikely case of you doing so, you will be refunded onto the card you purchased with within a day of receiving the goods back.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any engraved product.

Refund subject to an item being returned to us in the same condition as received.
